Great Summer Plants for Florida Landscapes.

Summer months can make some of your tender spring bedding plants melt in the heat and humidity of North Central Florida. Some plants thrive in these hot, muggy conditions. With the right mix you can have a garden blooming continually until the first frost of Fall.

If you like butterflies, summer is the best time to ring the dinner bell for the fluttering friends. Use the following plants as mass plantings, in beds or mixed around your garden.
